Farm Crew Member – Work on our Black Butterfly Farm in Curtis Bay, where you’ll be involved in all aspects of farm production, from planting and harvesting to community engagement and market operations. This is a part-time, non-exempt, year-round position, requiring up to 25 hours per week. Hourly compensation ranges from $20 to $22, based on experience.
