Jess Armacost

Conference Manager

Jess Armacost lives in northern Baltimore County with her husband, Jason and four boys.  Jess and Jason own and operate Corner Mill Farm, a 90 acre beef and crop farm. The Armacost’s market their beef directly to consumers in the winter months each year.
After growing up raising dairy cattle in the Anne Arundel County 4-H Dairy Leasing Club at the US Naval Academy Dairy Farm in Gambrills, Maryland, she attended University of Maryland where she earned her bachelors in Agriculture Science and Technology.  In 2009, Jess earned a M.A. degree in Contemporary Communications from The College of Notre Dame in Baltimore. Following college, she served as Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Dairy Princess and Promotion Services for five years before working at the Maryland Department of Agriculture in the Executive Office from 2014-2016.  In 2016, she left MDA to raise her family and work on the farm. Jess is a LEAD Marland Class XI fellow, treasure of the University of Maryland Sigma Alpha Alumni chapter, serves as Vice President of the local PTA and enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
