Cathy Tipper was instrumental in founding the Beginner Farmer Training Program in 2009, and has worked on the program continuously since its inception. The program has graduated at least 500 trainees to date. As of 202,5 Cathy is taking a break from her small farm business in Baltimore County and will use part of her new time as a new Future Harvest Board member.
