June 7th 10 am – 1 pm EST An on-farm experiential workshop where you will work on learning to put post-harvest handling theory into practice on the farm. This will be held at Deep Roots Farm in southern Maryland. Experienced trainer, Trish Tripp, of Artisan Food Solutions will lead participants in an exploration of all things post-harvest.
