Managing Human Risk in the Farm & Business

Whether you are an owner, family member, or employee (or all three!), managing human risk is essential to the profit and sustainability of a farm enterprise. Join the University of Maryland Extension Farm Stress Management Team for a half-day workshop where you can expect to:
● Meet with our legal specialists to discuss transition issues
● Practice communication strategies to advance important business conversations
● Gain useful financial and other stress management tools
