Join us at this Fall’s Permaculture Design Course!

The Shenandoah Permaculture Institute’s Permaculture Design Course is an introductory 80-hour course taught in-person over the 4 weekends. The course uses a mix of hands-on skill sessions, classroom lectures, farm tours, collaboration, and design presentations to lay the foundation for a holistic-design approach.

We’ve even got on-site camping and housing available! You’ll get your hands dirty and your wheels turning as we walk through the Permaculture Design curriculum from observation to execution.

COURSE DATES & TIMES
The course will be taught over 4 weekends, with one
​3 day weekend, for a total of 9 days:
September 2, 3, 4
September 24, 25
October 8, 9
November 12, 13

COURSE LOCATION
This course will be held in the greater Shenandoah Valley area, based out of 1 Tribe Farm in Mt. Sidney, VA.
We will also be traveling quite a bit for field trips on course weekends.
