Julie grew up in an 1800’s farmhouse where her cast iron pans were handled down from generation to generation. Cast iron has always been her favorite pan for cooking rustic and delicious dishes! Julie will share the secrets to making any cast iron pan non-stick, whether it be a new pan or a vintage pan.

We will perfectly sear and cook a flank steak and taste how different Secolari flavored salts enhance the steak’s flavor. Julie will prepare roasted vegetables in cast iron and pair them with a variety of Secolari balsamics, so participants can find their favorites!
