I am a veterinarian, molecular biologist and poultry geneticist. I am also a 5th generation farmer. I am employed in the Maryland/DC area and have an ending lease on farmland that is expiring soon.

I have been a poultry fancier all of my life and have spent the last nearly 20 years developing my own lines of poultry for production. I also own my own egg carton company. I really need a stable situation to move to in order to preserve my life’s work as I work to save up a down-payment to purchase my own home farm finally.

Any assistance in helping me to connect with a farm owner looking to rent or lease 5-10 acres would be greatly appreciated. I need water and electricity would be a plus.
