ARC Program Manager [link to PDF]
The Assembling our Resources for Community Sustainability (ARC) program is a food-value chain that creates a direct partnership between Black churches and farmers. The ARC Program Manager supports BCFSN’s food system organizing and leads the growth of the program. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture, food aggregation, project management, or leading community organizing campaigns.
Director of Finance and Administration [link to PDF]
BCFSN is looking for a mission-oriented, strategic leader with experience managing finance and operations in an early-stage nonprofit organization. The Director of Finance and Administration will lead and develop the internal team to support: finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources, administration, and IT. This person will play a critical role in partnering with the leadership team in strategic decision-making and operations as BCFSN continues to expand our programming.

BCFSN is looking for a collaborative, organized, and resourceful Operations and Strategy Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for analyzing and executing new opportunities. Reporting to the Executive Director they will work cross-functionally with team members throughout the organization to get projects done efficiently. Strong communication, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop strong working relationships are the keys to success in this role.
