We are hiring for the 2022 season!

Looking to add crew members to our growing flower & fungi farm. We wake early, work hard and know how to hustle. We also have fun, love learning and bonding as a team.

Looking for (ideally) one person to fill both roles:

Work is 1-2 days/week May-November- Tuesday or Wednesday & Sunday. $15/hr, 14-20hrs/week. Baltimore County, transportation required.

Tuesday/Wednesday will be working at the flower farm. Responsibilities include: planting, weeding, cultivating beds, harvesting.

Sundays are at Westover Farmers Market. Responsibilities include: delivery, set up, sales, break down and reporting.

Qualifications:

Punctual
Industrious
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to learn & work fast while still maintaining quality outcomes
Physical mobility & ability to lift 50lbs
Friendly, kind and a team player
