The St. Michaels Farmers Market seeks a dynamic market manager to oversee operations of our seasonal market on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The Market Manager serves as the face of the SMFM and plays a key role in our success. Responsibilities include leading day-of market operations, overseeing vendor management, and working closely with our Board and volunteers. This role involves strong communication and problem-solving skills, professional customer service, and passion for community. This is a part-time, year-round, salaried, contractor position, with compensation ranging from $18,000 to $24,000 annually. Hours vary throughout the season. Start date ASAP.
