POSITION OVERVIEW
Oversee personnel, food procurement, invoicing, and the operational implementation of the Lobby Market program.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•       Oversees Lobby Market Operations at two locations (Maycroft and Commons).
•       Works collaboratively across departments to plan, implement, and evaluate food distribution programs and activities.
•       Supervises four full-time employees.
•       Leads expansion of essential support offerings to include non-food household goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc..
•       Manages healthy produce and dry goods inventory, sourcing, procurement, deliveries, and logistics to support all markets (Lobby  Markets, school-based, community pop-ups).
•       Serves as primary liaison, cultivates new and strengthens existing relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
•       Manage return on investments (ROI), cost, and waste reduction projects.
•       Tracks, codes, and submits all weekly food invoices while managing monthly food projections and budgets.
•       Leads in-kind food donation strategies that cultivate current, active food donor relationships and create new food donor opportunities.
•       Ensures compliance of safety standards and best practices related to food  storage and handling.
•       Routinely train team members in these areas.
•       In collaboration with Director of Healthy Foods, Nutritionist, and Learning, Eval, and Research (LER) team members, develops and tracks outputs, key performance indicators, and outcomes.
•       Drafts monthly and quarterly dashboard and grant reports and deliverables  for donors, funders, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders
•       Attend at least 2 anchor events annually.
•       Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
•       Experience with managing and coaching/training staff to be able to provide clear expectations and create accountability measures for the team.
•       Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate effectively with diverse groups including team members, volunteers, and communities, vendors, etc. to share live updates with the team, CAFB, and school point of contacts
•       Strong vendor relationship management skills with the ability to strengthen and establish relationships with multiple food and supply vendors in addition to in-kind individual and group donors.
•       Ability to problem solve issues as they come up  with little to no supervision
•       Strong organizational skills and expertise in logistics and planning
•       Oversee logistics at multiple locations (Commons, Maycroft,) Leads troubleshooting deliveries, staffing, and partnership concerns and challenges.
•       Ensure program spending adheres to provided budget.
•       Experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, food distribution, retail management, and customer service.
•       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google applications, and Adobe Acrobat.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
•       Bachelor’s Degree  preferred and/or minimum of four years’ job-related professional experience.
•       Food Safety Manager’s Certification required with the first 6 months from the hire date.
•       Possess a driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.

Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000
