Are you a strong project & people manager with experience in farmers market operations and a larger theoretical framework for promoting local, sustainable, and accessible food? Apply to be FRESHFARM’s Farmers Markets Senior Manager! This position is responsible for overseeing farmers market implementation and supervises a team of five direct reports, each of whom is responsible for a program unit (Personnel, Training & Development, Operations, Community Programs, and Farmers & Producers). In reporting to the Director of Agricultural Programs, this role will also provide programmatic leadership to promote positive and productive staff, vendor, and customer experiences. This is a demanding, highly rewarding, and mission-driven position that requires innovation and strategic problem-solving skills.

Annual salary $70-$78k. Benefits include 100% covered healthcare and generous coverage for dental & vision; disability, & life insurance, and employee assistance program. Eligible to enroll in 403b retirement plan.
