Looking for an experienced mentor? Rodale Institute Organic Consulting helps farmers navigate organic transition by providing services that simplify the process.
Rodale Institute Organic Consulting has partnered with American University to help achieve their goal of providing underserved communities in Wards 7 and 8 of Washington, D.C. with greater access to healthier, more nutrient dense food. Through this partnership, Rodale is offering free services to area farmers seeking to transition to organic farming systems.
Participating farmers will receive the following support:
- One (1) in-person site visit by an experienced Consultant to discuss farm goals and challenges
- Up to 15 hours of technical agronomic services from the same Consultant
- Access to up to 2x group learning / networking events
