Pearlstone Center is looking for an experienced field team member to join our crew in Reisterstown, MD. Our farm is 10 acres of certified organic vegetables and U-Pick strawberries and blueberries with meadows, forest and campus in between. We are looking for someone who has worked on a farm before but would like to learn more about the day-to-day of running a small farm. Daily work would include everything entailed in growing plants from greenhouse seeding, transplanting, cultivation, irrigation, harvest, wash and more. As a team member you would work alongside our team and Farm Manager. This is a great opportunity if you love being in the field and want to cruise tasks while learning along the way.

Part or full time positions available. Outdoor housing is available in furnished three season canvas tents along with a shared kitchen and bathroom spaces. Weekend availability is required. Must be able to drive and have an interest in operating two cycle equipment.
