Red Wiggler is hiring Seasonal Crew Leaders for Fall 2023!

The fine print:
This is a seasonal position; hourly wage $15.50 – $18.00/hour based on experience.
This position starts in August and extends through Thanksgiving. Successful candidates get first dibs on winter work and next year’s seasonal roles.
Hours are Monday – Friday, flexible from 20 – 40 hours/week. Let us know your availability!
Other benefits: paid holidays and earned sick leave, a full share in our CSA
Minimum 2 years’ experience working or volunteering outdoors in an area closely related to our work: vegetable production, gardening, landscaping, etc. Leadership experience is preferred, but not required.
Must complete a background check and hold a valid driver’s license.

This is a leadership position, and is expected to maintain our safety protocols without oversight as well as proactively communicate with team members.
