– FT Head Gardener: Related horticultural degree and field experience required. Hands-on managerial role leading a garden team and maintaining gardens to a high standard. Position offers a salary of $55-65k/year and housing, depending on experience.
– FT Assistant Gardener: 3-5 years of experience in the field required. Duties include planting, pruning, weeding, and dealing with plant diseases and pest infestations. Position offers a wage of $20-23/hour with benefits.
– Seasonal Gardener: Landscaping/gardening experience preferred but not necessary. Duties will include maintaining the gardens throughout the summer by weeding, mulching, and watering. Position offers a wage of $15-18/hour.
