Clark’s Farm is Hiring!
Clark’s Farm is a family farm in central Maryland (Howard County). We run a vegetable garden, farm store, and CSA. We also operate a petting farm and pumpkin patch.
Description: Clark’s Farm is looking to hire for a full time team member to start in May of this year, but who would turn into our Assistant Garden Manager next year. We would prefer growing experience, but it is not necessary. We are looking for a anyone who is ready to learn, work hard, and be part of a team.

Job Duties:
Weeding, trellising, planting, watering, irrigation, and other garden preparation
Working with hand tools
Harvesting and packing products and orders
Working at our on farm and/or at farmer’s market to interact with customers and sell products
Looking forward, as the Assistant Garden Manager duties would include working with the Garden Manger to cover all duties needed throughout the year, help plan and implemts all garden operations. It would also include overseeing a small number of seasonal staff during the busy season. As AGM on- farm housing is an option, working would be close to year round, but 2-3 months of the winter would be off and unpaid.

Qualifications: Positive attitude, self motivated, passionate, hard working, time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Able to lift 40 lbs and work outside in all types of weather.
Details: Approximate dates for employment May-Sept (possible extension into Assistant Garden Manger for the right person). Compensation will be based on experience.
