Belvedere Farm, located in Fallston, Maryland, is seeking to add two crew members for the 2022 flower growing season. Preference will be given to individuals with flower harvesting experience. Pay will be commensurate with experience. We are looking for two people who can work Monday through Friday from April or May through October for approximately 6 to 7 hours a day. Must be able to work in heat and poor weather conditions. A typical summer workday would be 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The work involves seeding, transplanting, flower maintenance, moving heavy crates of flowers around, harvesting, arranging flowers, weeding and generally keeping the farm looking nice. We are looking for people who take pride in their work. The successful applicants will be joining an established crew that is extremely hard working, dedicated, fun loving and supportive.
